Please join us Friday, March 11 from 7-10pm for the opening reception of Michelle Holley's latest show, 'Fever Bones'. 

Michelle Holley takes us into a dark, unknown world with her new body of work, “Fever Bones” . Aesthetic pleasures coupled with intimately obscure subject matter are the aspirations of Holleys latest undertaking. Tales of ancient myths, lost loves, and deadly rituals weave within the bold imagery and delicate details of each piece. 

Show runs the entire months of March/April 2011.

BIOGRAPHY

Michelle Holleys' work is light-hearted, yet eludes to darker meanings. Her attention to detail, while mastering figurative surrealism, add to the overall dreamland that she creates within her work. Influences can be tied to childhood cartoons, daydreams and nightmares, all coming together to form a world that is on the essence of existence but just out of reach.
